Children develop physically and socially at different rates. Our staff takes that reality into consideration. Both staff and parents are encouraged to make use of qualified professional resources to help in healthy childhood development.  Communication that flows both ways between parents and staff facilitates the child's adjustment and development.

Although the Pre-School is considered an outreach ministry of the congregation and is under the oversight of the Vestry (council), basic administrative decisions are made by the Pre-School Advisory Board. This Board consists of the Rector, the School Director, four Holy Nativity members, and one non-member parent. Decisions are intended for the benefit of all students while balancing the needs of the school.
